We report all instances to NCMEC and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Minors on the platform<\/strong> \u2014 Anyone under 18 years of age accessing or attempting to access ChickRoulette. If you suspect a minor is using the platform, report it immediately.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Non-consensual intimate content<\/strong> \u2014 Sharing, streaming, or distributing intimate images or video of any person without their explicit consent.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Threats of violence<\/strong> \u2014 Credible threats of real-world harm directed at any individual, group, or community.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Terrorism and extremist content<\/strong> \u2014 Any content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates acts of terrorism or violent extremism.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <!-- 4 -->\n      <section class=\"cg-section\" id=\"cg-content\">\n        <span class=\"cg-section-num\">04<\/span>\n        <h2>Content Standards<\/h2>\n        <p>ChickRoulette is an 18+ adult platform. While we allow consensual adult interactions between users, all content must comply with the following standards:<\/p>\n\n        <p><strong>Prohibited content includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n        <ul>\n          <li>Hate speech \u2014 content that attacks, dehumanises, or promotes violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin<\/li>\n          <li>Graphic violence or gore \u2014 content depicting real-world violence, physical harm, or death intended to shock or disturb<\/li>\n          <li>Self-harm promotion \u2014 content that encourages, glorifies, or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide<\/li>\n          <li>Spam and commercial solicitation \u2014 using the platform to advertise products or services, solicit payments, or distribute unsolicited links<\/li>\n          <li>Malware and phishing \u2014 sharing links or files designed to harm, infect, or deceive other users<\/li>\n          <li>Doxxing \u2014 sharing or threatening to share private personal information about another individual without their consent<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n\n        <p><strong>Regarding adult content:<\/strong><\/p>\n        <p>As an 18+ platform, consensual adult content between users is permitted within the bounds of these guidelines. All participants must be verified adults and all activity must be fully consensual. Any sexual content involving minors is a zero-tolerance violation \u2014 see Section 3.<\/p>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <!-- 5 -->\n      <section class=\"cg-section\" id=\"cg-respect\">\n        <span class=\"cg-section-num\">05<\/span>\n        <h2>Respect &amp; Consent<\/h2>\n        <p>Consent is non-negotiable on ChickRoulette. Every interaction must be welcome by both parties. If someone skips you, that is their answer \u2014 do not attempt to circumvent the matching system to reconnect with a user who has moved on.<\/p>\n        <p>Respect also means:<\/p>\n        <ul>\n          <li>Not pressuring, coercing, or manipulating other users into any type of interaction<\/li>\n          <li>Accepting a user&#8217;s decision to skip or disconnect without retaliation<\/li>\n          <li>Not using deceptive tactics \u2014 including fake personas, misleading thumbnails, or false promises \u2014 to manipulate other users<\/li>\n          <li>Respecting the cultural and personal boundaries of users from different backgrounds<\/li>\n          <li>Not recording, screenshotting, or capturing another user&#8217;s video stream without their explicit consent<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <div class=\"cg-highlight\">\n          Remember: the Skip button exists for a reason. Use it freely and respect it when others use it. A skip is not a personal attack \u2014 it&#8217;s just the roulette wheel spinning again.\n        <\/div>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <!-- 6 -->\n      <section class=\"cg-section\" id=\"cg-safety\">\n        <span class=\"cg-section-num\">06<\/span>\n        <h2>Your Safety<\/h2>\n        <p>Your safety is your responsibility too. ChickRoulette provides tools to help, but we encourage every user to practise smart habits:<\/p>\n        <ul>\n          <li><strong>Never share personal information<\/strong> \u2014 this includes your full name, address, phone number, email, social media handles, workplace, or school<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Never share financial information<\/strong> \u2014 do not share card numbers, bank details, or send money to anyone you meet on the platform<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Be cautious with links<\/strong> \u2014 do not click links shared by strangers in text chat. They may lead to phishing pages or malware<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Trust your instincts<\/strong> \u2014 if an interaction feels uncomfortable or unsafe, skip immediately and report if necessary<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Be aware of recording<\/strong> \u2014 while ChickRoulette does not record sessions, other users may. Reporting helps protect every user on the platform.<\/p>\n        <p><strong>How to report during a session:<\/strong><\/p>\n        <ul>\n          <li>Use the in-session report button to flag the current user<\/li>\n          <li>Select the category that best describes the violation<\/li>\n          <li>You will be automatically disconnected from the reported user<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <p><strong>How to report outside a session:<\/strong><\/p>\n        <ul>\n          <li>Visit our <a href=\"https:\/\/chickroulette.com\/report\" style=\"color:var(--clr-pink);\">report page<\/a> to submit a detailed report<\/li>\n          <li>Include as much detail as possible \u2014 time, nature of the violation, any screenshots if relevant<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <div class=\"cg-highlight\">\n          All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We take every report seriously. Abusing the report system by making false reports is itself a violation of these guidelines.\n        <\/div>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <!-- 8 -->\n      <section class=\"cg-section\" id=\"cg-enforcement\">\n        <span class=\"cg-section-num\">08<\/span>\n        <h2>Enforcement<\/h2>\n        <p>ChickRoulette enforces these guidelines through a tiered system based on the severity and frequency of violations. We reserve the right to apply any enforcement action at our sole discretion.<\/p>\n\n        <div class=\"cg-enforcement\">\n          <div class=\"cg-enforcement-item\">\n            <span class=\"cg-enforcement-badge cg-badge--warn\">Warning<\/span>\n            <div class=\"cg-enforcement-text\">\n              <strong>Verbal Warning<\/strong>\n              For first-time, minor violations. A warning is issued and the behaviour is logged. Repeated violations escalate automatically.\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n          <div class=\"cg-enforcement-item\">\n            <span class=\"cg-enforcement-badge cg-badge--temp\">Temp Ban<\/span>\n            <div class=\"cg-enforcement-text\">\n              <strong>Temporary Suspension<\/strong>\n              For repeated minor violations or a single moderate violation. Access is suspended for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n          <div class=\"cg-enforcement-item\">\n            <span class=\"cg-enforcement-badge cg-badge--perm\">Perm Ban<\/span>\n            <div class=\"cg-enforcement-text\">\n              <strong>Permanent Ban<\/strong>\n              For serious or repeated violations. Access is permanently revoked. Attempts to circumvent a permanent ban via new sessions or VPNs are themselves violations.\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n          <div class=\"cg-enforcement-item\">\n            <span class=\"cg-enforcement-badge cg-badge--law\">Legal Action<\/span>\n            <div class=\"cg-enforcement-text\">\n              <strong>Law Enforcement Referral<\/strong>\n              For zero-tolerance violations including CSAM, credible threats of violence, and terrorism-related content.
